Terms of Use

TechAs provides a corporate website and consumer applications that may include recipe sharing, AI-generated content, productivity, education, games, health and fitness, finance, or similar features. Website content is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer.

Our web and mobile applications are provided under a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or extract source code from our software.

Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple's terms of use; apps from Google Play are subject to Google's terms of use.

Some applications offer paid features. The product type depends on the app:

Mobile payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; web payments by the relevant provider. Refunds follow that platform’s policy. TechAs cannot refund store charges directly.

• Auto-renewing subscriptions: cancel in App Store or Google Play account settings, or in-app web subscription management where available. Cancellation may not end access until the current period finishes.
• One-time purchases: they do not renew.
• Consumable credits or similar balances: they do not auto-renew. Remaining balance is stored on your account. If you change devices, use Restore purchases in the app. Unused credits are not a cash refund.

For apps requiring an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for account security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain rights to recipes, photos, comments, or similar content you publish. You grant TechAs a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content in order to operate the service.

Do not post illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful content. We may remove such content.

Some apps generate recipes, text, or images with AI. Outputs are estimates and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or safe. Nutrition, allergen, or health information does not replace professional advice.

Only submit photos and text you have the right to share. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you cook, publish, or rely on it.

Text, visuals, logos, design, software code, and content created by TechAs on our website, web apps, and mobile apps belong to TechAs or are used under license. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

Use the contact form with accurate information. Do not send spam or misleading content.

Do not use our apps, web services, or website to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or for unlawful purposes.

Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Health, nutrition, finance, or educational content in apps is for general information only and does not replace professional advice.

We may update, modify, or discontinue services, features, or pricing with or without notice. Changes to these terms take effect when published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Central) courts have jurisdiction.
