Account & Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your account and associated data in iOS, Android, and web applications developed by TechAs with Flutter. You can submit a request here even if you have uninstalled the app or cleared your browser data.

Submit a deletion request

Click the button below to send an email to techascoteam@gmail.com. Include the app name, platform (iOS / Android / Web), and the email address linked to your account.

Covered applications

The following TechAs applications may be available on iOS, Android, and/or the web. You can request account and data deletion for any of them through this page:

Delete from the app or web interface

For apps with account creation, you can delete your account directly from settings when available:

  1. Open the app (mobile) or web app (browser)
  2. Go to Settings or Profile
  3. Select “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm deletion

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or web interface, or in-app deletion is not available, use the email button above to submit a request.

Include: app name, platform (iOS / Android / Web), account email (or user ID), and your deletion request.

Guest or account-free use

Some apps support guest mode without an account. On mobile, data is usually stored only on your device; uninstalling the app removes local data. On the web, you can clear browser local storage in your browser settings.

Data that will be deleted

When your deletion request is confirmed, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Account profile and identity information
  • In-app progress, scores, and user-generated content
  • Preference and cross-platform sync data
  • Firebase Authentication record (if applicable)

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or financial record-keeping (e.g. in-app or web purchase records). You will be informed when this applies.

Subscriptions

If you have a paid subscription, cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings, or through subscription management in the web app, before requesting account deletion. Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days after identity verification. You will receive an email confirmation when your request is received.
